Refund Policy

Because Spliff devices are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, does not work out of the box, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will replace it or refund it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
