Most “my Spliff vape is not working” messages come down to one of these. Try them in order.
1. It is not on
Press the button 5 times quickly to power on. The screen should light up.
2. You are on the other side
Check the screen: Oil or Nic. Press once to switch.
3. The oil is cold
Press 3 times to preheat the oil side, then take a slow pull.
4. The nic pod is not seated
Pop the pod out and snap it back in firmly until it clicks.
5. You are pulling too hard
Hard pulls can flood the oil side. Try slower, longer pulls.
6. The battery is low
Check the screen for a battery warning and charge if your device supports it.
7. It arrived damaged
